The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The USCG intends to award on a sole-source basis a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to: EAB Corporate Headquarters 2445 M St NW Washington, DC 20037 The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain a subscription to gain access to data contained in a Platform as a Service (PaaS) called Intersect. Intersect is a comprehensive student recruitment solution that boosts awareness by connecting high school students with best-fit colleges.
