The Contractor shall provide all tools, materials, and labor used in this SOW. Contracted vendor shall replace all damaged carpet in Munro Hall rooms 210, 211, 213, 215, 110, 111, 113, and approx. 1k sq ft on floor 2 and approx. 1k sq ft on floor 1. Vendor is responsible for verifying square footage and shall take measurements. Vendor is also responsible for moving and or removing any furniture required to complete carpet installation. see SOW for full details
