Within this request, pricing provided will propose firm fixed and no other contract types will satisfy this RFQ. Site location: USCG Academy 15 Mohegan Avenue New London, CT 06320-0007 Written offers will be required, and the award will be based off Technical Acceptance, Lowest price, and availability. Description of requirement: Pest control Service Requirement. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supervision to perform pest control services at USCG Academy, 15 Mohegan Avenue, New London CT as per attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit. Option Years to extend service: Base Year + Requirements Work 01-Nov-2023 thru 31-Oct-2024 Option Year One + Requirements Work 01-Nov-2024 thru 31-Oct-2025 Option Year Two + Requirements Work 01-Nov-2025 thru 31-Oct-2026 Option Year Three + Requirements Work 01-Nov-2026 thru 31-Oct-2027 Option Year One + Requirements Work 01-Nov-2027 thru 31-Oct-2028 **Request for quote (RFQ) is for Base year plus four** 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561710, SIC 7342, with Size Standard $17.5 & Product Service Code F105. Quote will be for Base Year + Four - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) – Offers must align their quotes with CLINS referenced in attachment 12.a.1, meet par with PWS. Quotes shall be written, and date stamped with “site visit conducted on” with date.
