This is a combined synopsis solicitation for a commercial service prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Acquisition of Commerical Service, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additioanl information included in this notice. This annoucement constitiutes the only solicitation; proposals and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 52800PR240000475 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. This RFQ is for a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) and Information Processing Nodes (IPN) located within C5ISC locations along the East Coast: C5ISC Kearneysville, West Virigina, C5ISC Alexandria, Virigina, and C5ISC Chesapeake, Virigina. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This combined synopsis/solicitation requires regristration with the System for Award Managment (SAM) at the time a quote is submitted, excluding outlined in FAR 4.1102(a). The description of the requirment is required on behalf of United States Coast Guard (USCG).The United States Coast Guard would like to procure a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the Enterprise Data Center (EDC) and Information Processing Nodes (IPN) located within C5ISC locations along the East Coast: C5ISC Kearneysville, West Virigina, C5ISC Alexandria, Virigina, and C5ISC Chesapeake, Virigina. Background: ISD-DCI provides the physical space necessary to host and operate the Coast Guard's EDC and IPN. A clean data center environment is necessary to maintain all equipment functionality. While ISD-DCI is staffed to maintain a routine level of cleanliness, this scope will define services above the standard for a more in-depth and detailed cleaning of the EDC and IPNs. Any travel costs need to be included in the FFP quote in response to this solicitation. Travel will not be a reimbursable Line Item. The Government is not responsible for any costs related to site visits, quote submissions, or any other associated costs. Evaluation: This Procurement will be awarded on the basis of Best Value: The Government will award a firm-fixed price task order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors that are being evaluated are as follows: Price Compliance with the solicitation requirements Adherence to the specifications in the SOW Prior Experience: Vendor must demonstrate prior experience of cleaning a data center, with a minimum of 10,000 sqft of raised floor access tile and overhead cable tray systems, where specialized testing was performed that conformed to ASHRAE, ISO 14644 & IEST Standards for cleanrooms and data centers. Set Aside: 100% Small Business Set-Aside The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE (FFP) purchase order on an SF1449 document.
