The solicitation number is 52800PR240000080 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335999, All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing. There is no set aside for this solicitation. Only qualified sellers may submit bids. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is for brand name or equal components, detailed in the RFQ and Requirements document, in support of the electronic outfitting project Coast Guard Sector Guam, located on Naval Base Guam. Line Items 0001- 0047 are detailed in the RFQ and Requirements document included in this solicitation. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL: Sellers may quote exact match to Manufacturer Part #/ Description as detailed in the requirements or an equal brand/component. Sellers MUST document what they are quoting for evaluation for award. Sellers must include, extended specs and/or manufacturer name and part numbers (if applicable). Failure to do this may be cause for disqualification of submission. This information is REQUIRED in order for a sellers bid to be deemed 'responsive' and to be considered for award. Reference FAR 52.211-6. SHIPPING: All units must be shipped to ESD Guam Naval Base Guam Victor Wharf, Santa Rite 96915. Preferred delivery is on or before 28 December 2023. Place of Performance: United States Coast Guard, ESD Guam Naval Base Guam, Victor Wharf, Santa Rite 96915. Period of Performance: Preferred delivery on or before28 December 2023. The delivery order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order. The award will be made to the Offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation. The closing date and time for offers is 13 November 2023 at 11:00AM ET.
