The solicitation number is 52800PR230001795 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 449121, Floor Covering Retailers. There is no set aside for this solicitation. Only qualified sellers may submit bids. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ is for materials to replace existing raised floor tile in building L17A located at the C5I Service Center, Alexandria, VA. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR SUPPLIES ONLY. The Government will remove and dispose of all old panels and install the new panels. LINE ITEM: 0001, QTY: 50, Each, Brand Name or Equal: Perforated Panel 28 Percent For Steel and Concrete Filled Systems. The Government’s specifications are detailed in the attached Request for Quote. LINE ITEM: 0002, QTY: 150, Each, Brand Name or Equal: Modern Access Floor Panel Concrete filled. The Government’s specifications are detailed in the attached Request for Quote. LINE ITEM: 0003, QTY: 200, Each, Brand Name or Equal: Modern Access Floor Panel 100% steel. The Government’s specifications are detailed in the attached Request for Quote. Place of Performance: Items should ship to the United States Coast Guard, C5I Service Center- Alexandria, 7323 Telegraph Rd. Alexandria, VA 22315. Period of Performance: Preferred Delivery is 30 days after date of award. The delivery order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a FIRM-FIXED PRICE purchase order. The award will be made to the Offeror submitting the lowest priced quotation. The closing date and time for offers is 20 September 2023 at 2:00PM ET.
