Side Sonar Scan of USCG 87' Patrol Boat
The U.S. Coast Guard requires a contractor to perform a complete side scan sonar inspection of an 87' cutter's underwater hull. The work must be performed at USCG Base Ketchikan in Ketchikan, Alaska. The evaluation will use a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach, and the government contemplates a firm-fixed-price contract. Offerors must submit a technical narrative, a capability document, and a firm-fixed-price for the service. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted by a specified date, and offerors must confirm their ability to meet a desired start date.
