Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the cleaning and maintenance of shipboard exhaust and ventilation systems at USCG Base Ketchikan in Ketchikan, Alaska. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The work consists of two required line items for exhaust piping and three optional line items for vent duct cleaning. Performance must be completed within the time period prescribed in the attached Statement of Work. The evaluation criteria emphasize the ability to meet the performance schedule and relevant past experience as more important than price.
