Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm-fixed-price contract for insulation renewal on a 45-foot Response Boat – Medium while it is dry-docked at the USCG Base Miami Beach Industrial Production Facility in Miami Beach, Florida. The work includes installing specific sound attenuation and hullboard materials in the engine room and pilot house according to provided drawings. The performance period is estimated for late April to early May 2026, with exact dates to be scheduled by the COR. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and arrange for disposal of the existing lead-lined insulation. A site visit is highly recommended and scheduled for a specific date in early April.
