Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a small business set-aside, fixed-price contract for construction services to provide crane, rigging, and operator services for the removal and reinstallation of a canopy, WERP plates, and exhaust silencers aboard the CGC ISAAC MAYO. All work must be performed at the United States Coast Guard Sector Key West in Key West, Florida. The performance period is expected to commence no later than 10 days after the contract award, with work authorized only on weekdays during specified hours. The government will award the contract based on a best-value determination considering cost and past performance. Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to arrange a site visit by contacting the provided point of contact at least three working days in advance.
