In the performance of this contract, the contractor shall complete a full overhaul on one 10-Ton tripod (Variable Height) jack, one 10-Ton tripod (Fixed Height) jack, and three 3-Ton (Axle) jacks. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor and transportation required to complete a depot level overhaul of the aircraft jacks. (1) Provide a full manufacturer certified overhaul kit for each aircraft jack. (2) Complete a full disassembly, cleaning, inspection and overhaul. (3) Replacement of seals and valves. (4) Full assembly and functional leak test. (5) Jacks requiring overhaul: a. 10-Ton Tripod (Variable Height) – P/N 50J25178 SN:1499 b. 12-Ton Tripod (Fixed Height) – P/N CJ690J1270 SN: 1092-20 c. 10-Ton Axle Jack – P/N 53D22004 1. SN: 12-962-006 2. SN: 13-A52-025 3. SN: 12-955-014 *Contractor will perform a leak test to nominal loads for each jack weight capacity. **USCG Air Station Cape Cod will perform Proofload Test for each jack IAW MPC 072001.0.
