Performance will occur aboard CGC PAUL CLARK (WPC-1106) and CGC RICHARD ETHERIDGE (WPC-1102), both at 100 McArthur Causeway, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The required period of performance is 28 September 2026 through 18 December 2026, with a notional 3 weeks for installation and approximately 10-week material lead times. All responsible small business sources may submit under NAICS 238210 with a $19.0 million size standard, and award will be best value and all-or-none considering price, technical acceptability, technical capability, and performance risk.
