USCGC NORTHLAND AVIATION AVAILABILITTY FY26-Solicitation Amendment #2 This amendment serves to extend the closing date for recipt of proposals for the above-referenced solicitation. The new closing date and time is Monday, January 26 2026 at 1000 Eastern Standard Time. This extension is being granted to provide all offerors additional time to prepare and submit their proposals, while allowing the Goverenment to meet its required performance schedule. All other terms and conditionsof the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors are reminded that proposals must be submitted by the revised closing date and time, and any proposals received after that time will not be considered. USCGC NORTHLAND AVIATION AVAILABILITY FY26- Solicitation Amendment This solicitation has been amended to clarify that all work items identified in the SOW must be priced, including Optional work items 9 and 10. These optional items are included for contingency purposes and may be exercised only if determined necessary by the Government. poricing for these items is required at the time of quote submission; however, their inclusion does not mean that they will be activated. This amendment is issued to ensure common understanding of the solicitation requirementsa and to promote fair and consistent eevaluation of all quotes. All other terms, conditions and requirements remain unchanged. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the amended solicitation and ensuring their submissions comply with the clarified requirement. USCGC NORTHLAND AVIATION AVAILABILITY FY26 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000RFQ260002494. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336611. The small business size standard is 1300. This is a total small business set aside; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
