Best Value will be evaluated based on providing the complete requirement, meeting the required time frame, and price. All deliveries are required by 10/30/2026 and must be shipped FOB destination to U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room-BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD 21226, with delivery and freight charges included in the total cost. Vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration or provide proof of submitted registration, and any proposed substitutions must include a specification sheet for compatibility evaluation. Material must use Military Packaging and marking/barcoding standards, and invoicing must be processed through IPP with NET 30 payment terms.
