The USCG Surface Force Logistics Center seeks a small-business contractor to inspect and repair the refrigeration plants aboard CGC Vigilant, performed at 9235 Grouper Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. The requirement is a firm-fixed-price simplified acquisition, with performance to occur in calendar year 2026 under one of three government-selected periods: Primary Oct 19–Nov 30, Secondary Oct 26–Dec 7, or Tertiary Nov 2–Dec 14; award is anticipated about one week before the primary start, and the selected period will not change after award absent a modification. The amendment provides Q&A clarifying that many replacements are conditional and will be priced post-award via Condition Found Reports and contract modifications if military stock is unavailable, while the compressor, condenser, and evaporators are Government-furnished.
