The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center seeks a total small business set-aside contractor to inspect and repair/replace the refrigeration plants onboard CGC Vigilant in accordance with the SOW, with performance at 9325 Grouper Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. The Government has established three potential periods of performance: primary 19 October–30 November, secondary 26 October–7 December, and tertiary 2 November–14 December, and will unilaterally select which single period applies. Offerors must explicitly confirm availability to perform during any of the three specified periods before award, and the resulting firm-fixed-price purchase order will be awarded on an all-or-none basis using simplified acquisition procedures. Interested vendors must provide product/service details, a product data sheet, a detailed cost breakdown with unit, extended and total pricing, payment terms, warranty information, and an active SAM.gov registration with UEI/CAGE. Evaluation will consider specification, price, past performance, and quality, with award made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government.
