The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center seeks a small business contractor to inspect and service the Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) Oil Distribution (OD) Box onboard CGC BEAR in accordance with the Statement of Work. Performance will occur FOB Destination at CGC Bear (WMEC-901), 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703, with a required period of performance of 16 September 2026 through 30 September 2026. This is a total small business set-aside commercial services requirement awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures due to unusual and compelling urgency to return the disabled vessel to fully mission capable status. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government considering specification, price, past performance, and quality. Interested vendors must have an active SAM.gov registration and provide product/service details, a product data sheet, warranty information, and a detailed cost breakdown with unit, extended, and total pricing.
