This opportunity is for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) training for 12 Coast Guard members under the IOD Assist program. Performance will take place at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Yorktown, VA. The required period of performance is September 21–25, 2026, with daily instruction from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is a total small business set-aside, and award will be based on best value considering specifications, price, past performance, and quality.
