The U.S. Coast Guard requires pier-side waterborne hull cleaning, video inspection, and renewal of depleted zinc anodes for the USCGC Charles Moulthrope to restore its cathodic protection system. Performance will take place at Toll Offshore Petroleum Services Singapore (berthed at SLOY5), with a primary performance period of 11–12 August 2026 and a secondary backup period of 13–14 August 2026. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and awarded using simplified acquisition procedures under an urgent requirement.
