This is a total small business set-aside request for quotations to provide underwater hull inspection, cleaning, and anode zinc renewal services for two U.S. Coast Guard cutters. Performance will take place at USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska, during either the primary period of August 10–14, 2026, or the secondary backup period of August 17–21, 2026. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures, with award based on best value considering price, technical specifications, past performance, and quality. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and include a detailed cost breakdown with their quotation. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged, and the government reserves the right to award on an all-or-none basis.
