This is a total small business set-aside for underwater hull inspection, cleaning, and anode zinc renewal on the CGC Earl Cunningham and CGC Frederick Mann. Services will be performed at USCG Base Kodiak, Alaska. The required period of performance is either August 10–14, 2026 (primary) or August 17–21, 2026 (secondary). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit a detailed cost breakdown. The government will award a firm-fixed-price purchase order based on best value.
