This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000QR260000103 USCGC RESOLUTE ANCHOR GFE . This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 92216. The small business size standard is 500. This is a total small business set aside; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. Background and Current Observed Issues CGC BLACKTIP is requesting inspection, testing and recertification of their Engine Room CO2 & Galley APC Systems. 2. REFERENCES CG MPC N33005.D, Tractor Fire System CG MPC R-S-1570, Installed Fixed CO2 System CG MPC R-S-1646, CO2 Flooding System Pressure Switch CG MPC R-S-8844, R-102 Galley Fire Suppression System 3. REQUIREMENTS Entity completing the work will have trained personnel. Contractor must inspect, test and recertify the installed Engine Room CO2 and Galley APC systems IAW CG MPC N33005.D, which include the above references. The contractor must also clean the Galley Hood vent system, removing all grease/oil/debris buildup from ducting. 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The period of the performance is requested to be completed between 24 – 28 November 2025. 5.
