The purpose of this amendment is to re-open the solicitation to ensure fair competition and to obtain reasonable pricing. The Government received only one timely proposal under the modified closing date. Upon evaluation, the proposed price was determined not to be fair and reasonable when compared against market research and historical pricing. Subsequently, a late proposal was received with pricing determined to be reasonable. In order to preserve the integrity of the competitive process and IAW FAR 15.206 (e), the solicitation has been amended and extended to allow ALL interested offerors an opportunity to submit proposals or revised proposals in the best interest of the Government. Accordingly, the solicitation closing date is hereby extended to 19 September 2025 at 12:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time. All other terms and conditions remain the same. ** ** Notice of Solicitation Modification. The Government did not receive any acceptable offers in response to the subject solicitation. Accordingly, the solicitation is hereby amended to extend the closing date in order to allow for receipt of revised proposals. This amendment is issued to promote fair competition opportunity and to ensure that the Government's requirements are met. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer in response to this amendment. As a courtesy reminder, Firm Fixed Price Proposals shall be detailed and include information from the SOW demonstrating an understanding of all the requirements in the SOW. This is a total small business set aside; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
