This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611. The small business size standard is 1500. This is a total small business set aside; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD SURFACE FORCE LOGISTICS CENTER REQUEST THE CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE PRICING FOR THE FOLLOWING: A. REQUIREMENT: 1. CGC MORAY requires inspection and hydrostatic testing of the installed CO2 system and R-102m Galley Fire System. The contractor shall provide qualified and trained personnel to perform the required work. The contractor is responsible for inspecting and repairing the CO2 flooding system to ensure that the CO2 bottle is properly refilled, hydrostatically tested, and the system recertified IAW MPC N33005.5. Additionally, the contractor shall inspect, repair and if necessary, replace components of the installed R-102 Galley Range Guard System. The R-102 bottle must be refilled, hydrostatically tested and the system recertified IAWMPC N30020.D 2. DELIVERY LOCATION: The primary place of performance shall be at CGC Moray homeport located at below address: 991 23RD AVE GULFPORT, MS 39501-0000, USA 4. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Cutter availability in Homeport from 05 AUG 2025 to 19 AUG 2025. Cutter POC will coordinate service OOA 05 AUG 2025 B. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items- applies with the following addenda: Award of a contract will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. 1.
