SCOPE: The work consists of transporting both life rafts to an authorized facility where they will provide all equipment as required to facilitate the servicing IAW MPC KB004.0. CGC IBIS must have this servicing started by 11NOV24 and completed by 22NOV24 to not cause any interruption to scheduled u/w periods. REQUIREMENTS: Technicians will complete servicing IAW provided MPC KB004.0 LOCATION: Unit Name &Address. USCGC IBIS 11 Cockspur Island Road SAVANNAH, GA, 31410 Points of Contact. MKC Garth Hadwin (920) 743-7351 SITE VISIT No site visit will be required for this work CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE WORK all work will be performed at the servicing stations facility WORKMANSHIP All work shall be accomplished with the best standard practices, and by workers thoroughly experienced in the required trades. PERMITS Permitting will not be required for the scope of this work CLEAN UP All trash and debris will be handled at the servicing facility . NOTE: The USCG/Government reserves the right to Award on an All or None Basis that is the Government may issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the Offeror that submits the lowest aggregate price rather than issue a Purchase Order to each Offeror based on the lowest Quotation on each item. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52,212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items-applies with the following addenda: Award of a contract will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. 1.
