Background and Current Observed Issues The Barque Eagle figurehead was severely damage while on the last Cadet Cruise to Europe to due heavy seas. The Coast Guard Yard Personnel are traveling to Eagle to remove the figurehead from the Barque and transport it to the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, MD. The figurehead is mounted to the bow and will require a crane barge to facilitate the removal. REFERENCES None REQUIREMENTS Provide crane barge service.
