This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000QR220019293. This number is for tracking purposes only. This requirement is for a total small business set aside. THE UNITED STATED COAST GUARD SURFACE FORCE LOGISTICS CENTER REQUEST THE CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE PRICING FOR THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide pricing for the following: A. REQUIREMENT: 7 TON FORKLIFT 1. The Vendor shall provide a forklift in accordance with the attached statement of work. 2. This procurement will be made on behalf of the IPF NEWORLEANS. Vendor will provide forklift stated in the solicitation description as per SOW. 5. Delivery Location: NESU ISA NEW ORLEANS USCG 1790 SATURN BLVD NEW ORLEANS, LA 70129-2218 6. REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 – 60 DAYS FROM ARO Time: 0800 - 1500 7. NAICS Code # 336120 applies to this procurement. NOTE: The USCG/Government reserves the right to Award on an All or None Basis that is the Government may issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the Offeror that submits the lowest aggregate price rather than issue a Purchase Order to each Offeror on the basis of the lowest Quotation on each item.
