This opportunity is for a firm-fixed price purchase order to provide custom fabrication, assembly, and fitting of marine hoses for U.S. Coast Guard OTH MK4 and LRI vessels. The contractor must commence work within 2 days of award and complete all fabrication within 2 working days. Performance of all services will take place at the U.S. Coast Guard SBPL Alameda location in Alameda, CA. The work requires on-site measurement of existing hoses, use of marine-grade materials, and hydrostatic pressure testing to OEM specifications. This is a total small business set-aside, with evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
