Federal employee benefits training
This opportunity is for a firm-fixed price purchase order to provide in-person employee benefits and financial literacy training for the U.S. Coast Guard’s Surface Forces Logistics Center. The contractor must deliver full-day federal retirement briefings and half-day financial literacy sessions at three specified locations: Baltimore, Norfolk, and Alameda. The period of performance is within Calendar Year 2026, with work performed between 0800 and 1700 on weekdays. The lead instructor must have at least five years of experience with federal retirement systems and a recognized financial planning credential. This is a small business set-aside, and the contract will be awarded based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
