Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This requirement is for the repair of a USCG Series 60 Starboard engine with an excessive oil leak, which will be shipped by the USCG to the contractor's facility and returned after service. All work must be performed exclusively by MTU-certified technicians at an MTU Authorized Service Center, using only genuine MTU parts and without any subcontracting. The detailed scope of work is a comprehensive engine overhaul, including cylinder liner replacement. After repair, the engine must undergo dynamometer testing for one hour, including a minimum 30-minute full-power pull. The contractor must provide all labor and consumable parts for this repair.
