Cut and remove the top three inches from each of the 11 existing tube bases.2. Remove damaged GRP from the existing steel tube bases.3. Weld new (3 in. x 1.5 in. ID x 3in) steel tubing on top of each of the existing steel bases. 4. Fabricate and install approximately 40 feet of GRP piping for stanchions and caps with 2 ½ inch OD x43.5 in x ¼ inch wall thickness dimensions. 5. Replace approximately 140 feet of 1 inch GRP piping6. Fabricate and install approximately 20 feet of 1 inch GRP piping for corner joints.7. Fabricate and install (66) 1 ¼ in OD and 1/8 in wall thickness GRP, covering approximately 22 feet. 8. Shipping Cost to Pensacola, FL 325089. Location of Delivery (FBO Destination): USCGC DECISIVE, 280 Taylor Road , Pensacola, FL 3250810. Period of Performance: Time of Award to February 20, 2023 Interested Vendors shall view product details on the attached SOW. Vendors shall indicate product details and cost breakdown for a technical review. NOTE: The USCG/Government reserves the right to Award on an All or None Basis that is the Government may issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the Offeror that submits the lowest aggregate price rather than issue a Purchase Order to each Offeror on the basis of the lowest Quotation on each item.
