This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote Number 52000PR220013119. This number is for tracking purposes only. This procurement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 12. THE UNITED STATED COAST GUARD SURFACE FORCE LOGISTICS CENTER REQUEST THE CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE PRICING FOR THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: The contractor shall provide pricing for the following: A. REQUIREMENT: 1. The Contractor shall provide a D3406 Caterpillar engine overhaul kit attached SOW and Parts list. The contractor shall be an OEM authorized/licensed Tech Rep. 1 JB 2. Location of Service (FBO Destination) Warrenton, OR 97146-9693 US 3. Location of Performance: 2185 S. E. 12th Pl. Warrenton, OR 97146-9693 US 4. REQUIRED DELIVERY DATE: Required Parts delivery date: 23 May 2022. Interested Vendors shall demonstrate past performance completing this task on a Caterpillar D348-TA series engine. Vendor shall submit past performance info/documentation with the quotation for a technical review. NOTE: The USCG/Government reserves the right to Award on an All or None Basis that is the Government may issue a Purchase Order (PO) to the Offeror that submits the lowest aggregate price rather than issue a Purchase Order to each Offeror on the basis of the lowest Quotation on each item. As stated below, the provision at FAR 52,212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items-applies with the following addenda: Award of a contract will be based on the following criteria: The purchase order will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. 1. Vendors MUST be registered in www.sam.gov The USCG/Government intends to award a purchase order resulting from this synopsis/solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conformed to the solicitation which will be most advantageous and the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered.
