This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611. All responsible business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. THE UNITED STATED COAST GUARD SURFACE FORCE LOGISTICS CENTER REQUEST THE CONTRACTORS TO PROVIDE PRICING FOR THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall disassemble, inspect and repair governors with OEM parts. Perform bench test of affected governors and make ready for use in the USCG fleet. Woodward EGB-2P Governor/Actuator SFLC has (02) of the EGB-2P governors that have failed in the fleet for various reasons. A company is needed to disassemble, inspect and repair governors with OEM parts. Perform bench test of affected governors and make ready for use in the USCG fleet. SFLC currently has a zero on-hand quantity of the EGB-2P governors. Which could result in lost operational time and commitments fleet wide for the USCG. As effected equipment are safe to sail items depending on Cutter configurations. 1. REFERENCES TP-2702 (HM&E MANUAL) REQUIREMENTS SFLC parts inventory needs replacement governors to meet failure rates in the fleet. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE March 2023 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE The primary place of performance shall be at MSHS Inc repair facility located at 3101 SW 3rd Avenue, Ft.
