SCOPE OF WORK: Services are to include the following: Perform two (02) mail runs each day (holidays and other FINCEN closures excluded). Pick-up Coast Guard FINCEN mail from the local post office on Battlefield Blvd (Chesapeake) during the first mail run of the day. Deliver picked-up mail to the Coast Guard FINCEN that mail during the first run. Drop-off all outgoing mail from Coast Guard FINCEN to the local post office during the first run. Pick-up Coast Guard FINCEN mail from the local post office on Battlefield Blvd (Chesapeake) during second mail run of the day. Deliver picked-up mail to the Coast Guard FINCEN that mail during the second run.
