Amendment 1 to this solicitation is being issued to extend the due date for quotes. Quotes are due 6 Sep 2024, by 1:00 p.m. Alaska time. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 51291PR240000103 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The executed purchase order will include clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 Effective: 05/22/2024 This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses, with a small business size standard of $25M per annum. US COAST GUARD (USCG) has a requirement for: Fire Alarm Inspection for US Coast Guard Air Station, Sitka, in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 20 Jun 2024. Service Contract Labor Standards are applicable to this requirement. Wage Determination 2015-5685, Revision 23, dated 22 Jul 2024, will be an attachment to the award. Services shall be completed at USCG Air Station Sitka, 611 Airport Road, Sitka, AK 99835, within 60 days of award. FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable. A complete copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, must be completed in SAM.gov at the time of quote submission. FAR 52.212-4 and addenda FAR 52.204-13, FAR 52.204-18 apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5 applies to this acquisition with the following checkboxes: 52.204-27, 52.219-6, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-50, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 52.222-41, 52.222-42 (Fill-in: Fire Alarm System Mechanic, WG-10), 52.222-62. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to, the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004.
