SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove the current PTACs and install two new PTACs in-kind, by a licensed technician. 1.1.1 Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following: - Remove current Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning Units (PTACs) from Station UPH rooms and dispose of from USCG premises. - Install (2) new Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning Units (PTACs) with Hydronic hearting coil, to match existing unit, Amana HVK03E/HWK03E, 12,000 BTUH cooling as scheduled, with hydronic coil red for 18,000 BTUH at 1.38 gpm at 200 degree EWT, and 20 degree temp drop, by a licensed technician. o Refer to attached drawings, including M-series, M-102, M-502 and system HWS&R riser diagram M-501. See attached Submittal page 11. - Test to ensure PTACs have proper pressures and function correctly. - Work will be considered complete after QAI certifies that the systems are functioning as intended after a thorough inspection. - Contractor shall leave work area clean from old materials and debris. **SEE ATTACHED SOW FOR FULL DETAILS
