SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to install Kraft Faced R-38 Fiberglass Batt Insulation at the bottom chord of the trusses in the four attic wings of STA Fire Island Multi-Mission Building (MMB). Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following: - Install Kraft Faced R-38 Fiberglass Batt Insulation at the bottom chord of the trusses in the Four attic wings. - Approximately, 1560 SF/wing (6,240 SF approx. total) 12” Thick, 23” Wide, R-38. - Removal and disposal of old insulation.
