Detailed Statement of Work (SOW) CG Recruiting Office New York GENERAL INFORMATION Title of Project: Temporary work location for RO New York Scope of Work: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a recruiting office located in a federal building that is currently under construction. The United States Coast Guard needs office space for 8 recruiters. For approximately two months. Background: The Coast Guard New York recruiting office has been displaced due to the renovations being done on the current building where they reside. The current location is inhabitable and unsafe for both the recruiters and recruits to enter. Finding a temporary location that recruiters can meet with recruits and work during office hours toward completion of our mission. Type of Contract Contemplated: Fixed price Technical Requirements: The US Coast Guard will provide all required Mobile Information Technology Equipment, including but not limited to: mobile phones, laptops, tablets, encrypted devices, and printers as government furnished Property. The temporary location will not provide. 5.2. Invoicing and Payment Terms: Invoices must be mailed or emailed to the assigned Membership Manager at CG Recruiting Command Procurement Division, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE MS7419, Washington, DC 20593-7419. The Coast Guard is NOT authorized to make advance payments. Payments will be made in monthly arrears. 5.3 Geographical Location: The temporary location must be geographically located within 15 miles of the current location in in (New York) in order to minimize travel time away from CG Recruiting Office New York, 1 South St, New York, NY. 10004. 5.4. The location will be a shared work space for 4 coast guard members at a time, with 4 additional access cards. 5.5 Regular business hours are from 9:00am to 6pm. 5.6 Network and telephone will be provided by the Coast Guard through hotspot via cell phones provided by the U.S Coast Guard or SIM cards. 6.0 Cancellation Policy The Government is responsible to provide the Contractor a 30 day cancellation notice prior to the start of the renewal agreement. 7.0 Safety The office will be accessed through designated Key Card access. Heat and air-conditioning in the office space provided during regular business hours. 8.0 Miscellaneous The Government/U.S. Coast Guard will not be liable for any miscellaneous charges, such as damage incurred by individuals. The Government/U.S. Coast Guard is only responsible for services outlined in the Statement of Work and the contract provided by the office providing the space. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations Clause 4.11 -System for award management, if vendor estimate exceeds the micro purchase threshold ($2,500 annual cost), they MUST be registered in www.sam.gov for purposes of registration as “All Awards”. 9.0 Period of Performance Period of Performance 05-01-2022 – 07-01-2022.
