This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Offerors shall comply with the attachment titled, "Notice to Offerors". The Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 624230 Emergancy and Other Relief Services. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached SOW for details on quote submissions. 1. LOCATION: 1.1. The location for delivery is 12 Forge Parkway Unit 2 Franklin, MA, 02038. 2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: 2.1. To meet meal requirements as stated in attached SOW. 3. EVALUATION CRITERIA 3.1. Award determinaiton is made based on Best Value to the government. Details for proposals can be found in the attached SOW. 4. DEADLINES: 4.1 Question Submission Deadline: Please submit all questions by 05/22/2020 at 12:00PM EST. Q&A will be posted as an amendment to the soliciation shortly after. 4.2 Quote Submission Deadline: All offeror quotes shall be received by 05/26/2020 2:00PM EST. Please submit your offer as one single attachment to include all of the requested information, company information, and contact information. Offeror quotes received after the prescribed deadline, may be considered non-responsive and may not be considered for award. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 5.207. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to all documents.
