Purpose: This is a solicitation for audio and visual (AV) modernization of six conference rooms for Sector Puget Sound . See attached SOW for details. Site Tour: August 2, 2023 at 0800 a.m. to 1000 a.m. at Sector Puget Sound (1519 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98134). Please schedule a time in advance emailing ryan.c.doty@uscg.mil, phone: (206) 217-6650. Tour is recommended, but not required to bid. To access base, potential vendors shall email CWO Doty the following: drivers license number with state, legal first name, and date of birth. This information is needed by Friday, July 28, 2023 COB (close of business) in order to access base for the site tour. AWARD: It is the government’s intent to make award to the low cost responsive and responsible offeror through issuance of a firm fixed price contract. Under FAR 4.1103 prospective contractor shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Failure for contractor to be registered in SAM shall result in Contracting Officer to proceed with next successful registered offeror. Website: www.sam.gov INVOICING: The Contractor is required to submit proper invoices through the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). The POC provided in the SAM.gov registration will have their IPP login and a link to the IPP application. Registration and annual renewal in SAM.gov is free of charge and required to do business with government, per FAR Part 4. If you have any questions about IPP, you must contact FINCEN at: SMB-FSMS VendorSupport@uscg.mil Quotes/Bids shall provide pricing for each A/V-related item as well as separate pricing (i.e., labor hours rate) for installation services. IMPORTANT: All questions about the project shall be provided to contracting specialist CWO Doty at ryan.c.doty@uscg.mil. The questions will be posted herein on SAMS for all to view.
