Ensure refrigerant is removed, disposed of and new refrigerant applied IAW with local, state, and federal regulations. Replace compressor oil as necessary. Replace any filters needed. Perform any tests to ensure new equipment is operating properly. Provide a minimum warranty for all materials installed. This shall include any material imperfections or abnormalities. The contractor is responsible for complying with drawings and specifications prescribed by the manufacturer, prescribe inspection and testing.
