The project involves a complete renovation of two UPH bathrooms (approx. 120 sq ft each) at USCG Sector San Diego, Building C-2, in San Diego, CA. Work includes lead-safe demolition, waste characterization/disposal, and installation of new heavy-duty waterproof vinyl flooring, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, shower pans, mirrors, and dispensers. All labor must comply with Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage requirements for San Diego County, and materials are standard commercial grade. The renovation must follow non-disturbance practices for wall asbestos-containing material and lead-safe work practices during tile demolition. The scope also requires reconnecting utilities, functional and leak testing, and final site cleanup.
