The United States Coast Guard Sector NY Unit is responsible to house Military Members and their Families during their tour. Located here are several 3-story buildings, each with individual apartments. Located within are a few different layouts, which are considered as “Small” and “Large” Apartments. After each move out (approx. 3 years stay each), a facilities maintenance team will go in and repair any defects. After repairs, the entire apartment gets painted and cleaned. This solicitation is to provide Painting Services and Wall Prep due to staff shortages. Scope of Work It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain a contract for interior painting services, as defined herein, for the U.S Coast Guard Sector New York, Staten Island, New York. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and all incidental and related work and services necessary to provide interior painting services in accordance with this specification.
