This scope of work encompasses remove existing roof, remove plywood, install new ½” plywood over tongue and groove, install new Ice water shield for edges, valleys, vents and chimney; install under protection paper, install fiberglass base sheet with new drip edge installed with cement screws, install Protective wrap, install 2 roof vents with extensions, install new Flat roof with heating system and seal all openings. The scope of work will also include seal and install adaptor for 13” x 13” cap, install Stainless steel chimney caps 8” X 8” and 13” X 13”, install chimney Crown and clean and dispose debris. Roof is 60’ x 32’ – Estimate 2000 Square Feet.
