PART 1 – GENERAL SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to remove existing fan and ducting and replace with code compliant fan and ducting in the Multi-Mission Building (MMB). Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following. Remove existing fan, duct, and exterior vent. Install new double-wall, smoke-tight ducting from hood to exterior wall. Fabricate a mount for new extractor fan on MMB exterior. Relocate junction box for new extractor fan.
