USCG Station Rockland Window sealant
The contractor will inspect all windows and awnings for drafts, leaks, or damage, using a water wand to identify water intrusion. Work includes removing old sealant, applying new weather-resistant sealant around frames and awnings, adjusting sashes, jambs, sills, flashing, and locks, and replacing worn weather stripping or damaged interior trim. A post-inspection with a water wand will confirm everything is weather-tight. The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with SCA/Davis Bacon Act wage requirements for the applicable work discipline, place, and period of performance.
