The United States Secret Service Santa Ana Resident Office (SAN) requires instant access to the County of Orange CLETS network. This is a non-personal services contract to provide access to the California Law Enforcement Telecommunication System (CLETS). The United States Secret Service (USSS) Santa Ana Resident Office (SAN) currently has one CLETS end-user workstation, via a T-1 line, through the County of Orange. The SAN personnel utilize CLETS to conduct criminal checks, Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) and Driver’s License (DL) checks aiding Special Agents (SAs) with investigations.
