Solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of (2) boat house structures to USCG Base Portsmouth located in Portsmouth, VA. Structures will house USCG small boats and specifications should be 40’ W x 50’ D with a minimum height of 16’. Each structure shall have an end panel with an entry/exit door for personnel. Structures will be placed on gravel/crushed stone base and must be able to withstand Category 2 hurricane/winds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05, effective 10 March 2021. The small business size standard is 750 employees. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
