The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services as necessary to remove, dispose of the existing 7.5 ton rooftop HVAC System and replace it with a direct heat pump replacement from Trane (208/240 3 phase), located on the south side of the roof of MT Hood building at U.S. Coast Guard MSU Portland located in Portland, Oregon. Must be compatible with existing Honeywell Controllers. All requests for site visits or delivery/installation must be scheduled through the POC. One key POC, although subject to change, for this contract is: MK2 Brandon Daugherty (cell: 801-698-9773; email: brandon.l.daugherty@uscg.mil) This award will be made to the vendor who is the LPTA bid; that is, lowest price and technically acceptable. Technical criteria are: 1) valid/active SAMS registration and 2) delivery date (i.e., must be able to have part and start service between 14 Jul 2023 and finish project by 24 Nov 2023. HVAC will be installed within 30 days of receipt.
