The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services as necessary to remove, dispose of the existing 7.5 ton rooftop HVAC System and replace it with a direct heat pump replacement from Trane (model # WSC092H3R0B1XKM), located on the south side of the roof of MT Hood building at U.S. Coast Guard Sector Columbia River located in Portland, Oregon. This award will be made to the vendor who is the LPTA bid; that is, lowest price and technically acceptable.
