This mail will be packaged and delivered weekly to CBP Aruba Preclearance facility. Contractor will provide location for parcel post packages to be delivered. The parcel post packages will be consolidated and delivered weekly to CBP Aruba Preclearance facility. The Contractor will retrieve sort, package, and provide documentation to clear the regular mail and parcel post through Aruba Customs prior to delivery by following all formal Aruba Customs procedures at no cost or intervention to CBP Aruba Preclearance. Intervention includes any stamping, transporting, relocating, or handling of mail / parcel post. The courier may require online declaration where necessary, but no physical intervention of CBP except upon delivery or reception of mail. Contractor shall be responsible for handling and delivering of mail / parcel post to the CBP Aruba Preclearance facility at USA Departures Queen Beatrix International Airport, Oranjestad, Aruba.
