Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, labor, material, supplies, bonding, insurance and licenses required to provide maintenance and cleaning services for power washing and HEPA vacuum servicing the range ventilation system at JFK Airport, Jamaica, New York to meet all EPA, OSHA and other Federal, New York State and local municipal air quality regulations associated with Fire-Arms Range. Additional scope of cleaning is required annually. A certified HEPA vacuum must be used for all vacuum cleaning operations. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Combined Synopsis Solicitation for further details. Amendment #1 *************************************************************************************************************************** Submitted pricing proposal shall be broken out by task as stated in the SOW. Example: Proposal shall include the overall pricing for Task #1, overall pricing for Task #2, and the overall pricing for Task #3. Awardee shall submit invoices in accordance with the task that was performed. Proposal shall include pricing as stated above for the base year and each option year to be eligible for award.
